Vallen created this oil painting especially for the Don't Talk About Religion of Politics group show he curated for Avenue 50 Studio in Los Angeles.

The painting was a reminder that there are many great religions practiced in the world today that are outside of the Abrahamic traditions of Islam, Christianity, and Judaism. The work was also in homage to the gentle influence of Buddhist thought and action upon the artist.
