In April and May of 2009, Vallen exhibited the drawings on this page at the Man's Inhumanity To Man exhibit at the Brand Library Gallery & Art Center in Glendale, California.

Meanwhile... in Guatemala, depicts a civilian moments before his assasination by a government military death squad.

The drawing below, We Are Afraid, was dedicated to the untold thousands of Central American children who perished during the wars of the 1980s.

Azalea Iñiguez of Telemundo T52 - the L.A. affiliate of the second largest Spanish-language TV network in the U.S., interviewed Vallen on her Cambiando el Mundo (Changing the World) segment of May 6, 2009.
